[Illumination FAQ] Special Vol. family, factory Illuminance introduction and common illuminance table —Stop asking serie

Previously, we just talked about Lumen, but the most important factor in our life is "Illuminance"

The definition of illuminance is the amount of luminous flux (Lumen that we previously introduced) per unit area. In other word, you may get different illuminance in different environment (might be angle, obstacles) for the same light.

Normal users (like family) can simply chose by Lumen and color temperature.

Advanced users (like factory) should better ask for professional service. Ask them to design the environment for you. Using Illuminometer to measure the illuminance, preventing illuminance difference in different corner.
